I can handle customer support through email handling. Also I have experience in order processing. I have worked with online stores.

As a Sales Support Agent, I am responsible in assisting clients via email and Live Chat. I have to answer their queries regarding the store products and their order status. This position also includes processing orders with the suppliers. I contact suppliers through email, Ebay and Dhgate. I negotiate with them if there are some issues regarding the product quality and delivery delays. I am also responsible in updating the store database so that other team members will be well informed on the progress of all transactions within the company.
