Kristen Ekiss is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association with over 10 years of experience working with clients. She has a B.S. in Sport and Fitness Management and a Masters in Health Education. She has specialty certifications in corrective exercise, tabata training, TRX, foam rolling, CrossFit and many others.
