About This Gig

I will format your ready to go manuscript into a ready to print file to be turned into a book through any of these providers:

  • CreateSpace
  • Lulu
  • IngramSpark/LightningSource
  • Any other private print places not listed above

You give me your files in doc or docx (or even rtf, odt, etc) and I will turn those files into one file meant for print at the above providers, in any page size or trim.  You only need to tell me what the trim and page sizes are, and your target page count and I will give you the PDF you need.

Interior only.  I have packages for any need or project.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What program do you use?
Primarily Scribus, but I also use the full Office 365 Suite (paid) and QuarkXpress.
  • What file format can you output into?
PDF - this is the only format that will display the settings reliably on almost every machine. For simple projects (ie: no pictures/graphics and basic fonts), I can also output to docx. The minute things start getting too custom the only way to go is PDF.
  • What do you consider a revision?
To me, a revision is when I re-open the gig (even after it has been marked completed by both of us!) to change anything up at your request. This can be for anything. Noticed an error in your text that didn't come from the formatting? No problem! Refresh the look? Sure thing!
  • How many revisions am I allowed before the gig completes?
As many as it takes to get it right. Ask some of my previous clients and they will tell you that I will tweak, retouch and fix until we're both happy... and extend the due date as it requires... until you are happy with your final product.
