About This Gig

This is a progressive exercising routine developed to help those who have trouble committing to health&fitness regimes. This routine has no time constraints, it is a routine which can be continued for months, or years. The unique aspect of this plan, is it can be customized easily and it is not difficult to maintain…for the first few weeks. 

Requirements:

  • 10 minutes a day
  • 6 days a week
  • 2 relax/favorite lift days
  • 4 work days
  • Calendar to mark off days
  • Pull up bar


Additionally, this plan is a great morning routine and complimentary, but is incredibly useful when firing back up the survival instinct to be shape. It should be accompanied by daily stretching and a healthy diet, like nuts and berries.
