About this Gig

Need a Bash script to save time on your Linux server? I write clean, commented shell scripts that automate routine admin tasks safely.

What I can automate:

- Backups with retention and cron scheduling

- Server health checks and disk, CPU and memory reports

- Log cleanup and rotation helpers

- File, user and service maintenance tasks

- Simple monitoring alerts

What you get:

- A tested script with comments and usage notes

- Works on Ubuntu, Debian, RHEL, Rocky and AlmaLinux

- Safe by design: input checks, error handling and restricted file permissions

Not included: changes on production servers without a backup in place, or scripts that bypass security.

Message me before ordering with your task and Linux distro, and I will confirm scope and price.
