Jayda’s team really wanted the visual representation of their business to match the company’s central purpose which involves investment into multi-family real estate. When choosing an icon as the central element of their logo, it was important to get a look and feel that captured what the business was all about.

“We knew we wanted the logo to include an image (icon) of a "building" from the beginning. We didn't want a picture of a house since it represents more "single families," and we wanted people to know we're working on "many units.”

The logo they chose really shows who they are with a curved line on top of the building icon representing the global and diverse group of team members who come together as one united group, collaborating and helping each other to reach the same goals.
