As a nutritionist I can offer food plans along side natural supplements for added vitamins and minerals dependent on your age, weight, height and fitness goals but will always suggest you consult your doctor if you have any other medical issues before taking recommended supplements. I will send you a pre consultation form. 

I specialise in weight loss, gut health, infertility, and child/teen nutrition. I can create meal plans around the latest"diets" (paleo, vegan, low GI, HCLF, LCHF, gluten and dairy free). I take a whole foods approach to recommending food where calories come from whole foods rather than grab and go packaged options - which have hidden ingredients not beneficial to the body. 

Meal plans are just the beginning but I can take you on as a full time client to keep you on track, motivate you and together we can achieve your health and wellness goals.
