What I offer is a vegan diet plan, tailored for your fitness and/or health needs (e.g. reducing risk of heart disease). The length of the plan ranges depending on which one you purchase. 

You do not have to be a vegan to try this; give it a try, and I strongly believe that you will be pleasantly surprised!

    From my range of research, I have concluded that the vegan diet is BEST for long term health, which I believe to be of significant importance when one is deciding on which diet to choose, since weight loss isn't the only measure of health.

    I have looked at various peer reviewed studies, and have listened to various nutritional doctors. In fact, I created a 5000 word dissertation (along with a 20 minute presentation) about whether or not the vegan diet is optimal, based on such research.
