You receive the cleaned file, a change log with every flagged record, and the script. Uncertain records are flagged for review; missing facts are never invented. Your original file stays unchanged.
Quick Clean: 1 file, up to 1,000 rows and 20 columns, 3 rules. Clean and Validate: up to 3 matching files, 10,000 rows in total, 6 rules, plus a before/after quality report. Repeatable Cleanup: up to 5 matching files, 100,000 rows in total, 10 rules, plus run instructions.
Rules may cover duplicates, dates, whitespace, number formats, required fields and allowed values. Excel files (.xlsx) are read as values; cell formatting is not kept. Please send 10-20 redacted sample rows and the result you need before ordering.
Platform-specific imports, manual enrichment, OCR, hosting and ongoing processing are not included. Quick Clean and Clean and Validate include 1 revision, Repeatable Cleanup includes 2. German or English handover.

No. I apply the agreed rules and list uncertain records for your review. Missing factual data is not invented.
Can I rerun this on future files?
Yes, on files with the same agreed structure and rules. You receive the source and instructions. New formats or changed rules are separate work.
What are the file limits?
Quick Clean: 1 file, 1,000 rows, 20 columns. Clean and Validate: 3 matching files, 10,000 rows in total. Repeatable Cleanup: 5 matching files, 100,000 rows in total. "Items cleaned" in the package table is a fixed Fiverr field; these row limits apply.
Is this a one-time service?
Yes. This is a fixed-price delivery: cleaned files, a change log and a reusable Python script. Ongoing processing, hosting, maintenance and subscriptions are not included.
What does a revision cover?
A revision is one consolidated round within the agreed scope. New inputs, features or requirements need a separate quote. Corrections needed to meet the original specification are not sold as extras.
How do you handle confidential data?
Please send a redacted sample first and only share data you are permitted to provide. Confidential files are not sent to external processing services without your agreement. Never send production passwords or API secrets.
Can we communicate in German?
Yes. Communication and the handover can be in German or English. Please choose your preferred language in the requirements. All order communication stays on Fiverr.
Do you accept Excel files?
Yes, .xlsx and .csv. Excel cells are read as values, so display formatting such as currency symbols or colours is not kept. The cleaned result is delivered as CSV, which opens in Excel.
