Can you fix it today?
Usually yes. Most single bugs are done within a few hours of getting access. Message me first and I will confirm the timeline before you order.
I do not know what is causing the problem. Is that ok?
That is normal and it is my job. Send me a screenshot or the error message and describe what you were doing when it broke. I will diagnose it.
What access do you need?
WordPress admin login for most issues. For white screens, 500 errors or database problems I will also need hosting or FTP access. I take a full backup before making any change.
Will my site go down while you work?
No. I work on a staging copy or during a quiet window wherever possible, and I always have a backup ready to roll back.
What if the fix breaks something else?
Every package includes revisions. If my change causes a new problem, I fix it at no extra cost.
Do you work with WooCommerce?
Yes. Checkout errors, cart problems, payment gateway failures and shipping calculation issues are some of the most common jobs I take.
