What do you need from me to start?
A description of the problem, screenshots or error messages if you have them, and access to your code (a GitHub repository is ideal). If the bug only happens in certain steps, tell me how to reproduce it.
What if you can’t fix the bug?
I always review the problem before you order. If I’m not sure I can fix it, I’ll tell you upfront. If something unexpected happens during the order, we’ll find a solution or I’ll cancel it.

Will my code be safe?
