Will you keep my WordPress site safe while fixing the errors?
Absolutely. I can take a full backup before touching anything, so your content and data stay safe. For extra peace of mind, you can create a temporary admin account and delete it after delivery.
Can you fix my white screen of death the same day?
In most cases, yes. Minor issues are often fixed within a few hours, and the white screen of death is usually resolved same-day once I have access. Message me first so I can confirm timing for your case.
What if the bug comes back after delivery — do I get free revisions?
Yes. Every package includes unlimited revisions, and I fix the root cause rather than patching the symptom, so the same bug shouldn't return. If anything related shows up, just tell me.
Do I have to share my admin login, or is there a safer way?
To fix most WordPress errors I'll need temporary admin access. The safest way is to create a temporary admin user for me and remove it once the job is done. For server-level issues I may also need cPanel or FTP.
Can you also fix WooCommerce or Elementor errors, or only core WordPress?
I handle all of it — WooCommerce checkout/cart bugs, Elementor, WPBakery and Gutenberg glitches, plus theme and plugin conflicts. Describe the issue and I'll tell you exactly how I'll solve it.
What happens if you can't fix the issue?
That's rare, but if I genuinely can't solve it, you won't be charged for unfinished work. I'll always be upfront after diagnosing instead of dragging it out.
Will fixing the bug affect my site speed or other pages?
No — I write clean, optimized code and test the change so the rest of your site keeps working. Fixing conflicts often makes your site run smoother.
