About This Gig

The Role:  I fully understand how important of a role customer service reps. play in your company. They are there to offer additional product information or to talk through a customer on concerns they might have. I believe that I will be able to offer a very high level of customer service to those who need it.

Background:   I live in the UK and we know how to please people! Also, after working for a jewellery company being their customer service leader for a while I have gained a lot of insight and knowledge into this sector. I have been able to see the many needs to a consumer and saw how that continued through to sales and even return sales. With so much competition in the market today it is more about the service the customer receives now that makes the lasting impression.

What I will do:   Following your brief I will simply handle customer service emails. I will look to you for information on products and hope we will be able to work well together. If the role requires it I am happy to enter consumers information onto a database or track other information for no extra cost. I do enjoy working with consumers and hope to be able to work for you in the future.
