  • What do you base your exercise program on?
    A combination of your training goals, your current training level, your access to equipment and what you find interesting.
  • Do I need access to a gym?
    No. I will design your exercise program around what you have access to.
  • What equipment do I need?
    If you don't have access to a gym we can use items around your home, exercise bands or dumbbells. There are also many body weight exercises that when prescribed correctly are very effective.
  • How do you assess my ability?
    I use a combination of techniques. Depending on your goal I may ask you to take a photograph or use your phone to shoot a small video of you doing an exercise. This allows me to see how you move and prescribe the most suitable exercise for you.
  • Are there any hidden costs?
    No.
  • I'm busy. How much time do I need to commit to my exercise plan?
    The World Health Organisation advises that 150 minutes of activity per week including a couple of strength sessions is optimal. However, normal daily activities like grocery shopping, walking the dog and cleaning the house is included in this. Aim to train 2 - 3 times per week for about 30 minutes.
  • What happens if I have a reoccuring injury?
    The program I write for you is based on your condition and allows for injuries you have had in the past. You must remember to list these before I write your program and to let me know if anything changes. I will assume that you are healthy and able to exercise unless otherwise advised.
  • What kind of packages do you offer?
    We offer six transformation programs. These run over a 6-8 week period and are suited for clients who are looking to stay fit (general conditioning), get lean (loose weight), get mean (build strength) and get moving (suited for clients who are getting back into fitness after a long break)).
  • Can I buy individual sessions?
    Yes you can buy individual sessions. Being honest there are a few things that are better done in person so send us a message first.
  • Do you offer multiple-client sessions?
    Not online. This is better suited for a local trainer.
