What I will need from you:
1. A list of the menu items you want a cost analysis for,
2. A recipe with for each menu item that includes specific measurements,
Important note: All the information you send me is considered a proprietary secret, and will NEVER be distributed to anyone, for any reason.
3. Information regarding the pricing of your ingredients. Ideally, that would be a price sheet from your vendor(s), but I could also do it based ingredients available at your local wholesaler (CostCo, Sams, etc.)
Once I have all the information, I'll put together a cost analysis in an Excel spreadsheet that will give you a total cost in terms of a total cost, and a suggested price based on your target food cost (default is 25%, 30%, and 35%, but I can do any percentage you like).
Delivery time can vary depending on the level of difficulty in finding ingredient pricing. At most, it should never take more than two provided you respond to requests for additional information promptly.
