No special equipment is needed. All routines are designed to be done at home with no gear. If you have basic equipment (mat, resistance bands, dumbbells), let me know and I'll include it.
Is this a real personalized routine or a generic plan?
Every routine is 100% personalized. Before starting, you'll complete a detailed questionnaire about your goals, pain areas, lifestyle and available equipment. Nothing is copy-pasted.
I'm not athletic at all — is this for me?
Absolutely. The routines are designed for everyday people, not athletes. Whether you're a complete beginner or someone returning after a long break, I'll adapt everything to your current level.
What format will I receive the routine in?
You'll receive a clear PDF or Word document with every exercise explained: how to do it, sets, reps, frequency, and tips to avoid injury.
Can I ask questions after receiving my routine?
Yes! With the Standard and Premium packages you can request revisions. Premium also includes 7 days of follow-up so you can ask any questions that come up during your first week.
Are you a certified professional?
