Claude Code is brilliant on a project it understands and a liability on one it doesn't. The difference is setup: the files that tell it how your code is organised, what your conventions are, which commands to run and how to check its own work.

I use Claude Code daily. My latest product, a multi-tenant EPOS for UK repair shops, was built mostly by parallel coding agents working from written conventions and design records, with me reviewing every change. That's the workflow I'll set up for you.

Basic (2 days): I read your repo and how your team works, then write layered CLAUDE.md files for the project, backend and frontend, with your conventions, commands and a verification checklist.

Standard (4 days): everything in Basic, plus permission rules so agents stop asking for approval on safe actions, MCP connections to your tools, and a short playbook for your team.

Premium (10 days): Standard plus one scoped feature built with agents, reviewed and tested by me.

I know Java Spring Boot, Angular and Laravel best. Other stacks are fine for setup; ask me first about the feature package.

You need a Claude plan or API key on your own account. I never ask for your login.
