Marie was fighing with her Nespresso machine. I totally see her ;) The machine was blinking. She doesn´t care about the machine- because she wants this coffee now! She called Nespresso Service. They asked her a bunch of questions, she get slightly angry, cause they need to open a new customer account. "And which taste of coffee do you prefer...?" asked the seller. Ups! Marie gets very angry. "I like coffee and I like it now. I´m in the line for more than 15 minutes. This is just unbelievable. I ask you a last time- how do I stop this blinking to get a coffee?" There was no happy end.
The good news is- Marie get a DIY instructions from Nadja @ YES SIR! in less than 10 minutes and the tip which brand makes tabs who fits in her new Nespresso machine.
