In the basic package, I'll help you set SMART fitness goals and discuss the optimal fitness strategy for your needs. This will be an online consultation of 30 minutes at most.
In addition to what you get in the basic plan:
In the Standard package, I'll have weekly consultations with you to discuss whether you are able to keep pace with the decided plan, or if not, then what might be stopping you.
In the Premium package, I'll have weekly consultations as well as use additional tools to get more data about how we can improve your performance and help you stay on track with your fitness goals.
