What kind of Spanish do you speak?
I specialize in Latin American Spanish and can tailor your booklet to any regional workflow. While my native dialect is Rioplatense Spanish (Argentina/Uruguay), I am fully equipped to teach standard, neutral LATAM Spanish based on your specific professional needs.
What app do we use for the lessons?
I use Google Classroom to have our classes, there you can havethe lessons, your booklet, the audiobook and exercices all in one place. We can also have the lessons in Google Meet.
How will you send me the booklet and audiobook?
I will always email the files directly to you upon completion. Additionally, if we are doing live training sessions together, I will upload them to Google Classroom so you have all of your custom study materials organized and available in one place.

What information do I need to provide to have my own customized booklet?
After ordering, you will fill out a short questionnaire about your specific job, common tasks, and the exact phrases or situations you struggle with. If you have any specific company training materials, onboarding scripts, or intake forms, you can share them, and I will handle the rest!
How do we schedule the live interactive roleplay sessions?
For the first lesson, we will coordinate scheduling directly through the Fiverr delivery chat. After that you'll see you lessons in Google Classroom or other.
Do you offer revisions for the customized booklet?
Yes! Your satisfaction is my priority. Every package includes one structural revision to ensure the technical vocabulary, workflow scripts, and formatting match your expectations before we begin our live practice.
Do I need to know some Spanish beforehand, or is it suitable for beginners?
No Spanish needed. If you are an absolute beginner, your booklet will focus on essential high-yield phrases, phonetic pronunciation guides, and intake scripts. If you have an intermediate level, we will focus on complex conversational nuances, idiomatic expressions, and fluid roleplays.
