It's something we can all relate to: that dreaded moment when you realize your once super-fast computer is now bogged down by renegade files, programs, and services. I mean, the most exciting part of buying a new PC is the first time you turn it on and experience its amazing speed. "I'm going to be more productive than ever" you exclaim. And then after a few months of usage -- perhaps a few years -- the productivity and computer have both slowed to a crawl.
I will remotely spring clean your computer. I will remove all of the nasty dead registry entries plaguing your computer, clean browsers of cookies and old files reclaiming space, tweak your internet connection and more to maximize speed and usability.
We use a program called Go To Assist, from Citrix. The remote connection is encrypted and secured. We will only have access to your computer on a one-time basis. When we're done and the connection is severed, we're unable to access your computer again
