No, the model can have a tolerance of +/- 25 tris. Can vary if the model has a lot of geo.
This is a only diffuse map task, if you want realisitc assets or characters you should try my other Gig (next-gen models for videogames). Which include a High Poly workflow with baked textures as normal maps, diffuse map, specular map, glow map, reflection map as necessary.
