Our representative will transfer the call to one of the technician on duty who will try to troubleshoot your issue over the phone. If the issue can’t be fixed over the phone then he or she will explain the two types of services we offer and suggest you the best option for the kind of issue you are facing.
The procedure for both the type of services is described below. Our remote service charges are very affordable and less expensive than onsite service charges and most of the times our tech support staff is successful in fixing the issue remotely. However, if the issue can’t be fixed remotely then the technician will explain you the nature of the problem and why it needs an onsite service. There is absolutely no obligation to take onsite service from Pungees and you may opt to get the onsite service from anywhere else you like and Pungees will not charge you anything at all.
