Maybe you already know that to loss (or gain) weight you need a calorie deficit (or surplus if you are gaining), but you may find difficult the process to come up with a meal plan that fits your macronutrients (substance required, relatively in large amounts, by the body: Proteins, fats, and carbs).
Maybe you just want to generate a number of meal plans that fit your macros, but you don´t have the time nor the knowledge to spend lots of hours devising different combinations of food that will meet your macros. Even more, maybe you have a set of meal plans that fit your macros, but are with food that you normally don´t buy or is too expensive.
