What you will receive:
- A document that you need to fax to the companies office
- A link to a service that offers a registered agent service
Once the order has been placed, you will receive two documents that you need to fax to the companies office. Before doing that, you need a registered agent in Delaware if you don't live in Delaware yourself.
A registered agent costs you 50$ per year and the company registration itself costs you 90$ at the companies office.
The only thing you need to do is register for the registered agent service. Fill in the form I send you incl. the registered Agent and fax the documents to the Delaware companies office with your credit card details so they can charge you.
That's it. Within a few days the companies office will confirm your company and you can get started with your new LLC. Best of all, you only pay a flat fee tax to the companies office once a year.
