Can you test both web and mobile?
Yes — Basic covers one platform; Standard/Premium can cover both, or add it as an extra.
Do I need to give you a live URL?
A live URL, staging link, or a shared build/APK works.
What if I don't have login credentials to share?
Let me know in advance — I can test public-facing flows without credentials, but full coverage needs test access.
Do you test APIs without a UI?
Yes, via Postman — available as an add-on or included in Premium.
How is severity decided?
Standard scale: Critical (blocks core function), High, Medium, Low — explained in the report so your dev team can prioritize.
Can you retest after my developer fixes the bugs?
Yes, included in Premium; available as a paid extra on Basic/Standard.
What if you find more bugs than the package covers?
I'll flag it and offer an extra or a custom quote before continuing — no surprise charges.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, happy to sign a standard NDA before receiving access.
