Researches focusing on conflict management have
incorporated myriad of constructs such as effects of gender, gender role,
personality, emotions, communication style, profession, designation, work-life
balance; and perspectives of individual (role conflict, task conflict, id
conflict), inter-team, inter- and intra-organization and even conflict arising between countries to name a few.
With this much magnitude
of importance of the field of HRM, OB and Psychology with my natural talent of
analysis combined with inquisitiveness; along with the thirst for more
knowledge and sincere dedication to my profession, I realize the significance
and benefit of research and I am ready to start building the bridge.
