I will do a patent check for your product and provide 1 on 1 advice

I will provide a Patent and/or Trademark Check with a report that is useful for Amazon sellers. I am creating a new gig tier in 2023 on popular demand for IP advice from my other MVP consultation gig. All gigs now incl. Meet/Zoom consultation for Q&A (ca 15 min). Happy to answer as many questions on IP as you have.

Intellectual Property (IP) incl. both Patent, Trademark, Copyright, and Trade Secrets. An early Patent check is useful for product creators/ sellers to help decide if it is OK to sell a prior art product (other similar patents). This is to help avoid disappointment or IP disputes later down the road.

I also aim to provide general IP advice. Many creators (myself included) sometimes ignore trademarks or do not search for the right class of goods or databases. I made this mistake with one of my products that has 6 patents but ran into trademark issues with another Amz seller selling something completely different but under the same 'class' of goods.

My goal is to provide some all-around IP advice. I also hold monthly IP clinics, you can then book them via my shared calendar link (for monthly 1-1 support).
