I will create a userform in MS Excel and integrate it with a table in your workbook to make your data entry easier and provide data integrity. I will include 30 custom fields and labels. I will include code to automate any entries possible. I will not write extensive VBA Code for this gig. Each form will come with an OK, RESET, and CANCEL button. I will need a copy of the workbook you are using with just the fields you require on the form and some test data. You must have a table for the data to be entered into, or allow me to create one for the form to enter results into. Please contact me if you have any questions on the scope of this project.
