The Basic Plan will look at where you are right now, and where you want to go based on your goals. I will look at your nutritional knowledge, experience, and history so that we have a good base to start from. We will set goals and go over basic concepts for nutritional success.
The Standard Plan will look at what you have around you in your kitchen, and what you consume on a regular basis. I will provide feedback on what you are doing right, and what needs to stop! I will provide actual data based on what you eat to drive home why you should or shouldn't eat certain foods.
The Premier Plan will provide you with a good solid nutritional base to begin your journey to nutritional success. I will provide a basic meal plan to follow based on YOU: Your goals, your current body composition, and your current nutritional experience, this plan is customized for you!
