Cover letter is the first document read by your potential employers. It is needless to say that an effective cover letter is equally, if not more, important than a selling resume. Unlike resume, cover letter is not restricted with structure requirements or presentation of information. It is the space to talk directly to HR manager, showcasing your strengths and proving you are the best candidate they have been looking for.
