About This Gig

Though not formally certified in nutrition, I have gone through many weight changes in my life, following many "fad" diets to drop some pounds, and later regaining them. After many twists and turns, I found that proper nutrition is the key, and balance is everything, and have lost 40lbs and kept them off!

With the knowledge I have gathered on my journey, I will create a plan adjusted to your needs and likes, with recipes included, to ensure you follow the healthiest lifestyle possible, all the while enjoying what you eat.

Menu plans can be (but aren't necessarily limited to):

  • Vegan

  • Gluten-free
  • Diabetic
  • Any combination of diets you may require can be made (for example, 1500 calorie per day vegan, etc)
