Do I need a server?
For 24/7 work, yes. A cheap VPS (about $5/month) is enough. I can deploy the bot for you in Standard and Premium packages.
Can the bot save data to Google Sheets?
Yes. Bookings, orders or form answers can be written to Google Sheets or a database, and the admin gets an instant notification in Telegram.
Will I get the source code?
Yes. You get the full Python source code and a short guide on how to change texts, prices and settings without calling me.
What should I send before ordering?
A short description of what the bot should do: the buttons or commands, what happens after each step and where the data should go. A rough sketch is enough.
