My name is Roxy & I am an experienced licensed real estate agent. I am licensed in the states of NJ & FL. I am reducing my selling workload & taking this opportunity in my career to service others. I have 7+ years experience selling and leasing residential & commercial real estate & now I can help you too! What I offer includes (but not limited to):

• Proficient in Canva - Design marketing content for your rental advertisements
• Rental Lead Management - Respond to rental inquiries, organize leads, screen prospective tenants. As well as review applications and prepare leases.
• List Available Rentals - Experienced listing on Zillow, Craigslist, FB Marketplace, Avail, Apartments .com, Zumper and Stellar MLS.
• Vendors - Review accuracy of repair and vendor invoices. Search for vendors in your local area
• Tenant Management - Schedule repairs, assist with issues, create notices, tenant communication, upkeep tenant accounts
• Calendar Management - Schedule tenant showings, repairs, inspections, cleaners, etc....

My rate is $35/hour. Salary scenario can also be negotiated. I look forward to serving you!
