In what format will my Training Plan be?
I will provide a PDF that includes the training plan as well as all other supporting information you will need over the course of your training.
What if I have questions about the Training Plan after delivery?
Feel free to send me a message with your questions and I will get back to you as quickly as I can. I do also offer an option to meet with you on a Zoom call to discuss the training plan and answer any questions as an Add On.
What equipment will I need for the Training Plan and Workouts?
The beauty of running is it doesn't require much equipment. All you need is a good pair of shoes and a simple watch with timing functionality (in a pinch, you could also use your cellphone). The workouts I suggest will not require any equipment.
I noticed the "Consultation Meeting" option you offer. How would we schedule and meet?
After delivery, I will message you to find a time for us to meet and I will take care of scheduling a meeting.
