Source file is master file or editable file. You can edit whatever you can, example : change name, change color, change, etc.
What is a commercial document?
Commercial document is can be used commercially or editorially. This means that the design can be used for advertising or promotion of a product/service, website/apps for a product/service, posting on social media of a brand, or anything that is "selling".
What are the formats I receive for the design of my logo?
Vector format: Adobe Illustrator (.AI), PDF and .EPS. Format with transparency: PNG. Image format: JPEG. If you need another format tell me and you get it.
