▶ I don't have a vector logo, can you work with JPG or PNG files?
I can recreate your logo in vector format from any jpg or png source if they are clear.
▶ What is needed to get started?
All the details requested for the logo design will be automatically asked while you place an order.
▶ Which package should I choose?
Depending on your needs, you can choose any of the 3 listed packages. If you want a complete solution for your business, The Premium Package is the best option and I prefer for the recommended package
▶ What is logo transparency or Png file?
Png file has no background. It is a transparent background format. So you can easily upload the design on your websites on your blog etc.
▶ Would I get update or check my logo before the final submission?
Yes, I will provide you the logo updates through mockup so you can comment for any changes and when it’s all set I will deliver you the final version of the logo 😀
▶ What about the copy right thing?
You will have all rights for the designs. it is as such because we don't plagiarize, every design is made uniquely
▶ What is your design procedure?
I'll be delivering initial logo proposals based on your answers to the questionnaire (you'll fill one when you place an order) Then, I'll take your feedback on the initial logo proposals and move forward toward a cyclic process of feedback and revisions until we get the final product.
▶ What if we can't work out things and you are not satisfied. Would my money be lost?
I offer complete refund in case you don't like the end product after various cycles of feedback and revisions.
▶ Do you guys provide support after completion of the order?
I provide complete support for our designs and minor revisions are not an issue at all. Redesigning a project from scratch is a new project.
