For the best results, please provide a high-resolution, clear photo with good lighting. Details like eyes and hair texture are much easier to capture when the photo isn't blurry or taken from a distance. If you aren't sure about a photo, feel free to message me first!
Is this a digital drawing or a physical one?
This is 100% traditional hand-drawn art using graphite pencils on paper. By default, you will receive a high-resolution digital scan (600 DPI) that you can print.
Can you combine two different photos into one drawing?
Yes! I can take two separate photos and draw the subjects together in one portrait. Please choose the "Additional Figure" extra or message me for a custom quote if the composition is complex.
What is included in the "Source File" for a pencil drawing?
Since this is physical art, the "Source File" includes a professional 600 DPI scan, a transparent PNG version (background removed), and a PDF containing step-by-step progress photos to prove the work was created by hand.
Do you offer revisions on a hand-drawn piece?
Because graphite is a permanent medium, major structural changes are difficult once the drawing is finished. However, I offer revisions for shading adjustments, contrast, or small facial tweaks. I recommend staying in touch during the "sketch phase" to ensure the likeness is perfect!
