BASIC (OnCall)

• Scope: Oneoff troubleshooting for any CCBoot or iCafeCloud issue you report; remote diagnosis and fix attempt.
• How billed: $30USD each time you open an incident then billed hourly.
• Response time: Business hours within 4 hours; afterhours besteffort.
• Whats not included: Scheduled maintenance, recurring check ins, major hardware replacement.

STANDARD (Twice a week)

• Scope: Two checkins per week. Each session includes unlimited fixes and server/client health checks during that session. Priority on incident response between sessions.
• Deliverables: Patch & update checks, log review, CCBoot image integrity checks, iCafeCloud sync verification, small config changes.
• Response time: Business hours within 2 hours for incidents.
• Monthly reporting: Brief status report after each week and a consolidated monthly report.

PREMIUM (Full Board)

• Scope: 24/7 oncall availability, active monitoring, daily automated checks, weekly deep maintenance, and immediate remediation for critical failures. Proactive optimization and lifecycle planning.
• Deliverables: Continuous service monitoring, automated alerts, daily sanity checks, weekly patch schedule
