What do I need to get started?
To achieve the desired results a clear brief with detailed instructions are needed and the provided photos (JPG, PNG, TIFF, etc.) need to be in their highest resolution or ideally in a RAW format. A better quality image will give you great results.
What do I have to do after placing an order?
As soon as you place an order please make sure you gave all the necessary instructions. Double-check if all the images are attached correctly and the download link (Dropbox or Google Drive) is working properly.
What are the extra costs ?
Everything that is not included in the order requirements will be charged extra, so please make sure to write a clear and detailed brief when ordering.
What type of files can be edited?
I can edit any type of photos, however, it is recommended to use the RAW images (if possible) because the retouching process will be more flexible, with a wider color range.
Is there anything you don't edit?
I do not edit vector illustrations, documents, abusive or illegal content, and trademark logos. I only edit the images for which the buyer owns the rights.
Is your display calibrated ?
I work on a professionally BENQ - 10-bit - 100% sRGB calibrated display
Are my photos and information protected? Will you post it without my permission?
