What you need to start the order?
You may require the following to start the order, - Logo text and tagline - Niche (market) & description about your company/business - Special images or icon you want to use in the design - any color preference - Overall message you want to convey.
What is logo transparency or PNG file?
PNG file has no background. It is a transparent background format. So you can upload the same on your website, on your blog etc.
What is vector or source file? is there any difference?
Vector file formats are for editing purpose, You can edit it in respective software (ex-Ai & EPS- Adobe Illustrator). It is a high resolution source file which can be scaled up to any dimension. We share Ai,EPS,PDF file format for logo design & PSD file for banner, social and stationary designs.
What if I don't like designs in the first draft?
If you don't like the designs in the first draft, you always have the option to request modification and if you don't like the design at all, you can request a REDO for sure!
Do you offer any additional services along with logo design?
