I offer virtual body doubling sessions designed to support focus, motivation, and task completion. Working this way is especially helpful if you have ADHD, burnout, executive dysfunction, or simply too much on your plate.
We'll work together to set a goal, gently break it down, and keep things manageable. Whether it's admin, writing, life stuff, a creative project or tidying your inbox, I offer a calm, steady presence to help you get started.
I'm a published writer with lived experience of ADHD, so I really get how hard it can be to initiate and complete tasks, and how vital it can be to have non-judgemental support.
This is a judgement-free, neurodivergent-friendly space where you can show up exactly as you are.

❓What is body doubling?
Body doubling is a simple but effective technique where someone (me!) is present while you work on a task — either silently or with light check-ins. Just having someone there can help with focus, motivation, and actually finishing the thing.
❓What kinds of tasks can I do during a session?
Almost anything! Common examples include admin, emails, creative work, tidying, writing, job applications, or grant applications. If it feels hard to begin or finish, we can work on it.
❓When will the session happen? (Turnaround time)
Once you send an enquiry, we’ll find a time that works for both of us. I offer flexible scheduling and aim to respond within 24 hours. Once we’ve agreed on a slot, I’ll lock it in and send you a confirmation.
❓Do I need to have ADHD to use this service?
Not at all. Body doubling is useful for anyone who struggles with focus, executive function, or motivation — especially during stressful or overwhelming times.
