What does "Revision" cover?
Revisions cover changes to the mix, sound design, or minor structural adjustments. Revisions do NOT cover starting the entire track over with a new mood or concept. A new concept requires a new order.
Can I get a refund?
As this is a custom creative service, we maintain a Strict No Refund Policy once the order has begun. We will work diligently to deliver your desired sound, but we cannot refund based on subjective taste after work has commenced.
The Basic Package is 'Personal Use Only.' What does that mean?
It means you can use it for your personal enjoyment, but you cannot monetize it on any platform (YouTube, TikTok, selling goods). You must upgrade to Standard for monetization rights.
I bought the Basic Package, but I want to monetize my video now. What do I do?
You must purchase the "Commercial Use License Upgrade" add-on for $50, or place a new order for the Standard Package. Using the music commercially without the correct license is a violation of our terms and Fiverr's policy.
Who owns the Master Files?
We retain ownership of the master files and composition rights. You own the Usage Rights as defined by the license tier you purchased. Only the Premium (Royalty Free) package grants you the broadest, nearly exclusive usage rights.
Does the Custom Song include Vocals?
Yes, we can provide Vocals/Lyrics in the Standard and Premium packages based on your brief. If you prefer Instrumental Only, please let us know in the Requirements.
