FAQ
What is an apostille?
An apostille is an official authentication issued by a state government that makes your document legally recognized in countries that are part of the Hague Apostille Convention.
Do you handle federal apostilles?
Federal apostilles through the US Department of State are handled case by case. Message me before ordering and I'll let you know if I can help.
What documents qualify for this service?
Business documents only. Articles of Organization, certificates of good standing, corporate resolutions, operating agreements, and similar. Personal documents such as birth certificates and diplomas are not accepted.
What condition does my document need to be in?
Your document must be an original or certified copy with intact seals, stamps, and signatures. Documents with overlapping seals, missing signatures, or visible damage may be rejected by the state.
Why do I need to provide a tracking number?
Your document is an original or certified copy that cannot be replaced. A tracking number protects you in the event of a delivery issue and allows me to confirm receipt before proceeding.
Are you an attorney or CPA?
No. I provide clerical and administrative services only. No legal or tax advice is provided.
