I turn 3D models into walkthroughs people can actually click through, not just watch. Ten years ago this needed a game studio. Now I build it in Unreal Engine, using the same real-time tech real estate developers use to sell homes before they're built.
Send me your 3D model or floor plan, and I'll build a scene where your client can swap floor materials, change cabinet colors, open doors, or turn lights on and off - live, on their own laptop or phone.

What files do I need to start?
Your 3D model, a floor plan (DWG or PDF), or even a rough sketch. Not sure what you have is enough? Message me and I'll tell you.
Can you model the space for me if I don't have a 3D model yet?
Yes. I can build it from your floor plan or reference photos. There's an added fee for this, so message me for a quick custom quote first.
How interactive will it actually be?
Depends on your package. Basic gets one clickable feature (like material swap). Standard adds more. Premium unlocks full interactivity - materials, furniture, doors, custom UI. Want gamepad or keyboard support too? I can add that.
What platform will I view the walkthrough on?
Most builds are delivered as a Windows .exe file. Need it on browser or Android instead? Just message me before ordering.
What if I don't like the first version?
Every package includes revisions. See the package details above. If the direction changes a lot mid-project, we'll agree on a small scope-update fee first. No surprise charges.
Do you offer a discount on larger projects?
Yes, for 5+ shots or multi-room builds, message me and I'll work out a discount on the extras.
What exactly do I get in the source file?
The 3D model and textures - ready to reuse elsewhere. The full Unreal Engine project with all the interactive logic isn't included by default, since that's the engineering behind the walkthrough itself. Need the whole project handed over? Message me for a custom quote.
