What resolution and format should I provide my footage in?
I can work with most formats (MP4, MOV, etc.), but for the highest quality VFX results, I strongly recommend providing uncompressed video or image sequences (such as ProRes 4444 or DPX/EXR image sequences). Please provide the highest resolution possible (4K is ideal).
What if I need a complex shot delivered faster than 7 days?
For complex Premium-level shots, I offer a Premium Express Delivery Gig Extra ($500) to prioritize your shot and guarantee a 5-day turnaround instead of the standard 7 days. This rush fee compensates for the necessary overtime and schedule rearrangement required to meet a tight deadline.
I don't have the 3D asset (e.g., the spaceship model) for the CG Integration. Can you create it?
My gig focuses on the Compositing and Integration of visual effects. While I am an expert at placing, lighting, and blending 3D assets into live-action footage, this gig does not include 3D modeling, texturing, or animation. I would be happy to refer you to a trusted 3D artist.
What if the delivered shot is not exactly what I envisioned? How do revisions work?
You receive 2 revisions with the Basic package, 4 revisions with the Standard package, and 6 revisions with the Premium package. A revision means making small adjustments to the current work. If you exceed your included revision limit, each additional revision will be priced at $50.
My project has multiple shots that need the same effect. Should I order the Premium package?
My packages are priced per single shot based on their individual complexity. If you have multiple shots, even if they require similar work (like wire removal). Please send me all the plates you need to be worked on, and I will create a single, discounted Custom Offer for the entire batch.
