Do I need to bring my own outfits for the shoot?
Yes, please bring your preferred outfits. The number of outfits you can use depends on the package you choose.
What locations can we use for the shoot?
We will be shooting in outdoor locations. If you have a special spot in mind, feel free to let me know. Otherwise, I have a list of fantastic places we can choose from.
What happens if it rains on the day of the shoot?
Weather can be unpredictable. In case of rain, we can either reschedule the shoot for another day or adapt and use the rain to create some uniquely beautiful shots.
How will I receive my edited photos?
You will receive your high-resolution edited photos via WeTransfer, which is a secure and easy way for you to download them directly to your device.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
Turnaround times vary depending on the package. The 'Natural Essence' package takes around 7 days, 'Outdoor Diversity' takes 5 days, and 'Ultimate Portrait Journey' takes 3 days.
Can I request additional edits or retouching?
Yes, if you have specific requests for additional edits or retouching, please let me know and we can discuss options and potential additional costs.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, please let me know at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Can I use the photos for commercial purposes?
The 'Ultimate Portrait Journey' package comes with full usage rights for personal, portfolio, and commercial use. For other packages, please contact me to discuss usage rights.
Do you offer any group or family portrait sessions?
Absolutely! If you're interested in group or family portraits, please contact me so we can discuss the details and customise a package that suits your needs.
What should I wear/bring to the photoshoot?
Wear something that makes you feel confident and comfortable. Also, consider bringing a few accessories or props that are meaningful to you. We can experiment with different looks during the shoot.
