FAQ
Can I get any character?
Yes, you can have a human character, an animal character or any object. But ONE character only for each package. More characters will cause additional cost.
What the package to choose if I need a logo with a logo text?
The standard or premium package. Because basic package only for mascot only, no text included
What does the deadline date actually mean?
It shows the deadline to send you the first delivery. It does NOT mean the deadline to finish all the order until no revision needed. The duration for revision will depend on your request and yourself alone :) but we will do our best to prioritize your order.
What differentiate each logo package?
1. The final file size you will get. 2. And, Whether or not the logo text is included. Please check the complete description above again.
What to do if there is an issue with the delivery or the delivery is not what I expected?
Please do let us know :) Do NOT mark the order and leave a bad review just yet. We can always work things out together. We will always ready and happy to help you to find the best solution for both of us.
Will I get the AI or source file for the basic ($55) and standard ($70) package?
No. Only the premium package will give your the AI file. For the other packages, if you need the source file, there will be additional cost.
