1. First, we need your store URL/Link so we can analyze your store performance on Google. 2. After that, we will share a detailed report of your website and the main issues which are making your website slow. 3. We will jump into the store to solve those issues and it will take less than 24 hours.
What do I need to start my work?
It's very simple. I need limited permissions for the store and I will send you a collaborator request for store access. All you need is to approve our request. You can also add us to the store as a staff member. If you have issues in providing store access then please feel free to contact us.
Is it a safe proccess?
Yes, Optimization is completely a safe process. There will be no negative effect on the store. We will make sure that everything works fine and also we will make a backup theme for safe work. Everything in your store will remain the same after optimization.
Should I stop my advertisement during the optimization?
No, There is no need for that. I will make a copy of the live theme and I will work on the copy version of the theme. Your live theme will be safe and work normally for your live visitors/customers.
Is it possible to optimize custom themes or Gem Pages/Pagefly/Shogun Pages?
Yes, It is possible but I will suggest you to please contact me first in this case. I will completely guide you on what can be done in order to make the speed performance better. There is always some room for optimization even for the custom-made themes.
Will speed optimization affect site functionality or design?
Optimization will not affect any functionality or design of your site. Optimization involved just refactoring your site's legacy code. Also, I'll save a backup before starting work on your website and will perform the test on-site after optimization to make sure that everything is working fine.
What does future support mean?
In the future support if your store speed will affect or drop due to any new changes to the theme files or installation of apps then we will improve your speed again for 1 Month duration. Future Support is only applied for the premium package
