Coaching with Soumaya,
I have 3 years of education through the school of Inspirational Communication Unlimited (ICU) and over 5 years of coaching experience and have facilitated groups and individuals regarding different subjects.
My coaching is a combination of psychoanalysis and principles from The Course of Miracles, and if you are open to it, spiritual influences. This is optional if you want to keep it strictly psychoanalytic.
Over the years of coaching education and through overcoming my own experiences with the help of teachers and coaches I have a wide range of tools and expertise regarding subjects such as: Overcoming addiction, overcoming people pleasing (self abandonment), setting boundaries, facing and overcoming childhood trauma, healing shame and fear regarding sexuality, relationship dynamics (including navigating emotionally absuive relationships), entrepeneurship, transforming low self-worth and more. At the core of all these subjects are limiting beliefs. In our coaching, we will mostly dive deep into those and transform them into beliefs that serve you.

FAQ
What language do you coach in?
I coach in English and Dutch. My native language is Dutch and I am fluent in English.
Are the sessions online?
The sessions will be online. We can videocall through Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Facetime or Whatsapp.
What timezones are possible?
I am open to work with any time zone. We will try and figure out a time that fits both our schedules.
What if I am not happy with the session?
Coaching is not as tangible as a physical product. Not every session will bring big breakthroughs or solutions. Sometimes a session is merely to unpuzzle your thoughts and beliefs. If you are really not satisfied, I can refund you 50%. The other 50% is for my time.
